Tenant find only service

We offer a Tenant Find only service, the charge is 2.5 weeks rent. This covers advertising, viewings, referencing, tenancy agreement, contacting utilities and registering of deposit. There are no ongoing charges if the tenants stay longer than the initial tenancy length.

Fully managed service

Fees for a fully managed service are 8% of the rent each month. The fully managed service will cover the arrangement of all maintenance and repairs that the property requires during the tenancy, collection of the rent and any day to day contact that may be required.

We include a check in and check out service as part of the fully managed package for no extra charge. 

There is no additional charge if the tenants stay longer than the initial tenancy length and require a tenancy renewal.

End of tenancy cleaning 

We can provided an end of tenancy cleaning service at a very competitive price. 

Measured floor plans

We can produce accurately measured floor plans of your property. These are an effective marketing tool to help let your flat with more speed. We offer this service free of charge as part of the fully managed service, or for the discounted rate of £39.99 if using our tenant find service. (Usual price £59.99).

Photography

We provide a premium photography service if you require professionally created images to market your property. Images can be optimized for website or printed use. Our standard photography service is provided free of charge for our fully managed and tenant find services. For more information about our premium photography service and fees please contact us.
