The story of Gemini Property Services
My name is Sharon Parker and I am the founder of Gemini Property Services.
After a number of years working for major high street agents in the sales and lettings industry I decided it was time to go it alone. I believed based on my knowledge of the industry, strong work ethic and customer focused attitude I could create an independent agency that could offer a standard of service that maybe the more well known larger agents could not.
Gemini Property Services was created in 1998.

Many happy clients later...
Focusing mainly in South East London, my business was service driven and competitively priced. Years of experience and comprehensive knowledge base provided complete customer satisfaction, which is much more important than upmarket branded offices that are often style over substance.
Due to this approach 10 years later I continued to build my property portfolio, trading mainly on repeat business from landlords and tenants alike that had been extremely satisfied with the service provided to them previously.
To date
Im am pleased to say that Gemini Property Services has continued to expand to other parts of London, and now also offers marketing services such as plan drawing and photography. Also end of tenancy cleaning and inventories.
